When funds reflect

Payments made before 15:00 on a business day are allocated by 08:00 the next business day.

Payments made after 15:00 count as received on the next business day, so they are allocated by 08:00 the business day after that.

Payments made on Friday after 15:00, weekends or public holidays are only processed on the next business day. If you need cards loaded urgently, pay earlier in the week.

"Instant clear" or immediate payments do not speed up allocation.

Payment reference

Use your 10-digit profile number as the only reference on your EFT, so funds go straight to your account.

A missing, wrong or extra reference means we have to trace your payment by hand, which delays your load.

Proof of payment

Once the transfer is done, send your proof of payment on WhatsApp to , with your profile number and request reference.

Proof of payment sent by email is not used for allocation.
